The Tasmania Chocolate Pour

Get hands-on with a truly unique chocolate-making experience at Federation Chocolate—where you become the chocolatier!

During this one-hour guided experience, you’ll work alongside one of our artisan chocolate makers to pour and decorate your own generous 160g chocolate Tasmania. Choose from  milk, dark or white chocolate, then personalise your creation with a tempting selection of inclusions.

As your chocolate sets, enjoy a specialty hot chocolate made fresh from our chocolate vats. Choose it served pure or gently spiced with chilli or cinnamon.

Designed for all skill levels, the Tasmania Chocolate Pour is perfect for couples, families, friends and visitors looking for an authentic Tasmanian food experience. At the end of your session, your finished chocolate will be carefully packaged for you to take home and enjoy—or give as a very special Tasmanian gift.

Extend your visit with pizza, estate-grown wine or a cheese platter, available to purchase separately from our cellar door.
